Grind spelt, rye, barley, millet, wheat are no problem for the Fidibus 21. The mill is not suitable for nuts.You can grind:

wheat, rye, spelt, barley, durum wheat, green rye.

oats in small quantities, since the stones stick otherwise.

spices, when mixed can be grinded, approx. a handful to a full hopper
